Kressa Phillips
Roles: Owner, cinematographer, photographer, editor
Education: Bachelors in Public Relations, bachelors in Spanish
Industry Experience: Independent filmmaker + photographer since 2019, former staff videographer at the Springdale Chamber of Commerce, and former Communications Officer for Samaritan’s Purse: Cambodia.
A Few Words: Though I gained some production knowledge in college, I first experienced the power of storytelling through film and photography when working in Cambodia. This pivotal moment inspired me to become an independent filmmaker and photographer, eventually leading to the creation of Krescent Studios. My goal is to be part of a team that wholeheartedly tackles each project with a standard of excellence, a tenacity, and a strong commitment to this art.

A Few Words: My own photo and video business was the catalyst that allowed me to step into a unique opportunity with Krescent Studios. We share a deep passion for storytelling, visual creativity, and capturing the energy that fuels real moments. What started as a simple love for cameras and caffeine has now grown into a creative studio located in Springdale, AR where we are dedicated to producing high quality, cinematic content and work as a team.

A Few Words: My passion for cinematography and photography was sparked by an early interest in the technology that makes it possible. Since tinkering with drones as a kid and directing a movie for an English class, I’ve come to appreciate the art’s limitless ability to convey story and emotion in an awe-inspiring way. As a team, we strive to create exceptional visual content that captures the beauty and energy of real moments to share with others.
